Travel Reimbursement Policy for Presenting Authors

ESAC will offer a flat rate reimbursement for travel expenses to presenting authors, upon submission of valid travel and hotel receipts:

  • €400 – For early-stage researchers (within 4 years of PhD defense), covering economy airfare and one night hotel stay.
  • €200 – For senior scientists. Additional reimboursement for travel expenses of invited speakers, chairs and other seniors could be available, depending on final budget availability
